All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of our research-grade products and the requirement to maintain chain-of-custody and cold-chain integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened, used, unsealed, or improperly stored products under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or is missing items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and contents. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.

Verified damaged or defective shipments will be eligible for a free replacement of the affected items or, at our discretion, a refund to the original payment method.

Incorrect Items Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the discrepancy is verified.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages but will assist with carrier claims where possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy applies.

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a damaged-shipment or incorrect-item claim, visit our contact page and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
